The location was great and the staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go -- the Whitney Museum, Greenwich Village, theater, etc. There was a hot water problem on our last day that only affected us at breakfast - continental breakfast only.

My sons and I stayed for 5 nights and the staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond.
