"It's a nice place "

"Customer service was great. Just the aircondition in our room. It is hot in certain times . The hotel staff did offer us to move but just don’t feel like moving . I am not sure if the hotness was due to my menopause or just really hot ."

"Right next to SM Mall. Staff and facilities are high quality. Only small complaint is the pork sisig was almost too salty to eat. Great breakfast buffet. "

"All staffs are great. Very attentive and helpfull. Nice location. Very close to Terminal 3 airport. Walkable to shopping and lots of restaurant around. Wish we stayed for few nights prior to our flight. "

"My husband and I were treated very warmly by the staff at the Makati Shangri-la and appreciated their hospitality and lovely treats prepared in celebration of our wedding anniversary. Our room was extremely comfortable and the design quite beautiful. The afternoon tea was enjoyable as well as the abundant breakfast buffet. We did find the sorbets too sweet, however, and would suggest that the sugar content be lessened. Also, homemade yogurt would be a better and healthier option at breakfast rather than the store-bought yogurts. Nevertheless, we loved our overall experience and plan to return again. "
