The entire unit needed to be updated carpet was shot, bathroom door wouldn’t close… The tub didn’t drain ( which they fixed) and the toilet kept running (which they didn’t fix) The people above me were having some sort of party. When I called the front desk, they addressed the issue and when their visitors left it got quiet but close to 11:30

This property is unacceptable. As soon as we got to our room at midnight after a day of traveling, we realized we could not stay there and googled alternatives. There were a variety of bugs, the carpet was filthy, a putrid odor that made my children sick, broken furniture, missing appliances, and the toliet would not flush. It was bad. We were grateful to find another hotel and departed immediately.

No pool which if i had known would not have booked this place. Pictures not accurate room not updated. Fireplaces dont work they are blocked now with metal. Breakfast was not great it was ok very limited I booked vecause of pool for kids but there pool is gone now. Expensive what what they have to offer

This place is a Motel. We had 3 different rooms for our wedding party and every one has a bad smell. The appliances are old, the carpet was filthy and there was mold in the bathroom. In one of the rooms the sofa-bed was so old it didnt function. The staff was also very rude.

The communication with the manager was effective and he did everything to accommodate us, since we were gonna arrive to the hotel at 5:30 am. However, there is room for improvement on the facility. The room that we stayed had a strong smell of cigarette (even though this was a smoke free facility). Also needs some deep clenched of the carpets. I found it pricey by the conditions of the property, but it’s well located, closer to the highway and a food truck park. I would stay again.

I didnt have a chance to get to go there. When i tried to call befor my reservation to get an idea what the deposit for my room would be. I was never able to get in touch with anyone. When i arrived i was then told that the deposit was almost the same amount for the stay. Why such a large deposit for a 2 day stay. I understand its regeular for a place to require a deposit but that was almost what i paid for my stay, yes paid because i was not allowed to get a refund. I have been to many hotels on trips never have i been asked for that much at a non resort hotel. So i cant rate the actual place just how my experience was dealing with them. It looked nice from the pictures. But i wont ever go back
