"It was pleasant once we got in but we were locked out of the b&b for 30 mins. We were just standing outside with our luggage and no response from the Owner. Again was nice once we got in but if you are just getting into a new country and have no means to get into your place that you are staying the night it is concerning."

"Everything was excellent. We recommend highly. The building Has great security and we felt safe. It was in a good area with high end shops and delicious restaurants and cafes within a block. It was within less than 2 miles from all important sights. We walked everywhere. The owner was available during the day and helped us to arrange transportation by train to other cities, to the airport, from the cruise port, and gave recommendations to good restaurants. He was wonderful. The room was clean...

"The property was outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome along the Tiber River. This was a major plus for us. We preferred the longer walks to Romes major attractions to staying in a more serene environment. "

"A bad experience!!! I had to wait in the street for more than 1 hour before somebody came to open the door. The outside communication button does not work. The "hotel" has no reception and no breakfast. Even worse, it has no elevator and I counted 69 steps to get to my room with my luggage. When I left, there was nobody to help me go down with my luggage. I had asked for a taxi the day before and it never arrived. No cable TV; just Italian channels."
