"The service at the hotel was amazing; the front desk staff were helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the restaurant, as it was closed on the night of our stay. However, from the photos I’ve seen online, the food looks really fancy and tasty. The room itself was clean and decorated nicely. "It’s was ok, the parking was outside and I have to take my car before 8 am, plus the breakfast just a croissant and hot drink"

"Hotel was simple but nice. Hotels.com said that check in was 2pm, when we got to the hotel they said that check in was 3pm. 3pm is fine, but they should be clear about details on the hotels.com site. Not to close to the center of Milan, but the tram was close by and easy to get to the center."
