Online, the pictures looked pretty nice and I decided to book a room for me and my family. Once we got to the hotel I could sense something was off, the hotel looked ghetto and suspicious. Once we got inside everything looked a little off, the breakfast corner wasn't good, the pool outside looked awful. When we got to our room the room was awful. There were empty candy bar wrappers and hairs in the shower. It looked old and outdated. It looked nothing like the pictures online. There was only one, tiny window, and it felt depressing. I felt like I was about to be killed. I don't recommend ever going here. Expedia does a poor job at fielding their hotels

Initially, the pictures online were enticing and we went with the suite option as we had separate families staying within the room and having separate living sections was ideal. Well, upon arrival, the suite option was merely a small cutout section with a bed shoved in it with no door or curtain and no electricity or flow of air resulting in a very hot room. We turned to buying a fan to create air flow into the room. We also noticed hair on every bed sheet and towels within the room and had to request for room service to come up and change everything before we could use the room. The state of the “newly renovated” rooms was just a new countertop in the bathroom and possibly a new toilet, outside of that everything else was a joke. Mud tape was showing through everywhere, cracks in the ceilings, shower stall was disgusting and very very dated/used. This could be due to being near a beach, but the room was very damp and just a weird feeling. Exterior window of our room was shattered. The front desk staff themselves were great and very apologetic, but when we approached one of the cleaning staff and requested room service we were just told “no” and that they don’t do that. Cool. For being a Wyndham branded hotel, this place is an absolute joke and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Nowhere near worth the money requested and a very unpleasant stay. Look elsewhere.
