We had a freshener spray in the room but even that couldn’t get rid of the smell and I’m almost certain a dead mice/rat was the smell. "This hotel is luxxx, with a free ramen service and glorious bath it's the full package. Which is lucky, because it's on a main road and you need to work a bit harder than most Japanese neighbourhoods to find the good places (try Davada coffee). Visited at the end of Golden Week so it was busy as all get out, but the staff couldn't have been lovelier. A nice splurge 😊"
