Room, service and location are all very good. I was on floor 4 (room 423) and the noise of moving furniture from the roof is extremely intrusive and goes on for hours. It was especially bad early on Sunday morning after I had been out late on Saturday night.

The staff was amazing a special thing to Laurent and to DANIELA was very wonderful day and I stayed in over 1000 hotels definitely my favourite in Montreal by far.

Loved this hotel. Only issue was 6:45am garbage pickup outside in the alley. If you’re an early riser, no problem. If not, it will wake you up. Otherwise lovely, quiet and clean. Great location as well. Valet parking ways great. Front desk was great. Cleaning staff great. Particularly liked the 5th floor dining/drinks terrace. Seems popular with the upscale, young professionals as well.

This is a great place to stay. Lovely room, nice amenities and an unbelievable rooftop bar/restaurant. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood is close to so many attractions, shops and restaurants.

I was impressed by the room and the decor. Although the elevators could have been a little updated. I was a little taken aback by seeing other guests being offered champagne at checkin. when our party was finished with check in, there were no glasses left. So we asked the front desk and the said there was no more champagne. They had spent all the bottles. Then we noticed that there was fruit and pastry in the lobby when we checked in . But when we came down, there was none left. So I asked about that and I was told that they bake it in the morning and then bring out for the day. When I asked for fruit, the clerk went to the restaurant to ask but I was told that there was none left.
