Having the dining room/buffet on the top floor is very nice and offers a nice view. I found the building to have a bit of a musty smell, and the floor in my room was dirty, which I learned when I went to put my socks on. Not ideal.

Staff were friendly, professional and competent. I did not have any issues. Nice restaurant (incl breakfast) and bar on top floor with food views. Nice walking / jogging path along the water convenient to get downtown and the interstate. A bit expensive on the toll road to South Beach
