Staff were helpful and accommodating with early check in and late check out (negotiated part payment) to suit my needs. A basic property. Had all I needed, important bits are clean, but some areas dusty etc. Marks on walls and shower a bit mouldy. Done go expecting 5 stars. If you need a comfy clean bed and are happy with basics it will suit your needs. Convenient to public transport and Princes Park for a nice walk.

Great easy location, the owners are a very nice couple super friendly. the place was simple but just what I needed! private, quiet, easy access, and able to walk or take the tram anywhere. close to lot of food and groceries. if need something affordable and simple this is a great choice.

Had an unpleasant stay at this place. The furniture in the room is dated, unclean, had stinky towels and sheets. The aircon in the room was probably 30 years old. The hallway has a damp smell, bit noisy and can hear people talking. Location is excellent and staff is friendly, still wouldn't recommend it.
