"The front desk associates were so nice. We got into town after 10pm and the lady at the desk (forgot her name) was super nice and upgraded our room. We ended up staying another night and will probably do another night as well. The other woman that rebooked our room at 11am today was also great!"

"The room was different than anywhere else we've stayed. No drawers, etc but convenient hooks everywhere to hang things. The room was large enough that the Quiet AC did not blow over the beds. I was disappointed not to get a walk-in shower when I requested an access room but, otherwise, it was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was a little iffy but the 24 hour coffee is great."
