Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They don't respond to email. Their phone line was cut off and I wasn't sure if our reservation was still available. Refused to issue a refund despite the fault being on their side. I'll avoid all these reddoorz hotels now.
