"As an advocate of adaptive reuse of historic buildings I enjoyed experiencing the attractive converted apartment -hotel spaces. Somewhat more comfortable sofas/chairs would have made my stay nicer, as would retrofit of the street-facing windows to make them more sound-proof. Also, the environment along 7th Street seemed rather sketchy"

"Checking in was easy. The property owner was very pleasant and thorough with the check in process. The roof top was a perfect serene place early in the morning. The view was a plus. My kids and their friends absolutely enjoyed their time as well. The neighbors may have been a little bit upset about the laughter and chatter late into the night and complained but we weren’t extremely loud or partying so the walls may just be a little thin.
