"Laut expedia-Formular sei keine vorherige Abstimmung notwenidig gewesen. Jedoch ist es zwingen nötig gewesen vorher anzurufen, um Vereinbarung zu treffen. Letztendlich konnte das expedia-Angebot aus Gründen der Kommunikationsschwierigkeit nicht eingelöst werden. Vor Ort musste ein neuer Preis verhandelt werden. "Room rates are way overpriced for what they offer. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels in Thailand where I received a welcome drink, fruit basket, stocked minibar and more for half the price. None of these things were offered. The food at all outlets is shocking! I wonder if the GM ever eats there? My room was not very clean. Upon entering the room the floor was still wet from cleaning. The swimming pools are nice and location is good near to the beach, but I would not stay here again."
