From day 1 we had a 3 hour check in. Golf cart driver was rude/confrontational, actually asking a guest for their room #- threating for sure-
Room was dirty, Gatorade bottle that didn’t belong to us, dust all over walls, shower flooded, shower glass so dirty it was no longer see through. Customer service was terrible. After 3 days of complaining about my dirty room, got moved to another room with a leak in the bathroom. Active leak! The all inclusive is a joke! They don’t even have water in the room for you! Golf cart drivers don't stop for teenagers. Even a manager witnessed a driver sanying no to a group of 5 12 year olds, one with a broken foot. The child had to walk from sky pool to main pool in a boot- FYI- you need a golf cart to get every where! The market says it’s open until 10:30, at 9pm There is no more food! 3 out of the 5 nights, no ice cream for the kids. The buffet was TERRIBLE for dinner! Managers are not honest and just leave you hanging. It took 3 days for a manager to return a call. Such a shame because we were a group of 19, 5 different rooms and 3 families had major issues! Such a shame to experience Cabo like this!
Still contactitng the resort since April 6, no response. How this property is still VIP status on Expedia is beyond me!
Pros- breakfast buffet, pool service for lunch and the views are spetacular.
