"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"The Room was a little small but sufficient for what we needed. We liked that it included a fridge, sink & microwave/oven. However the microwave was under the sink and so low we had to lay on the ground to operate the settings. We loved that it had air conditioning as we had some warm days. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location was great for us as we have relatives living about a 30 minute walk away. Also the Croydon shopping center was a short bus ride or about 35 minute walk."

"Really friendly check in staff. Room was really spacious with a fridge. Nice bar and patio area (albeit overlooking a main road). A few bits could be improved; soap dispensers weren't clean and a bit dusty all round, but would stay again. "

"As I am on a walking stick I requested a ground floor room (Over the telephone after I had booked) but this was not adhered and I found it quite difficult getting up the fairly steep stairs. The room itself was very very small and pokey & certainly not worth the £180 charged. We booked a twin but got a double! Would I stay again - certainly not. However the staff were most nice, polite & welcoming."

"1. Prior to my stay it was beyond difficult to contact my host and get check in information. Multiple calls from myself and from VRBO. About two days before my departure VRBO made contact just to get check in info. This was crucial because I was coming from a different country and knew I would not likely have cell service. 2. Make it to flat, checked in, neighborhood ok, flat close to London tube. However, I want to take a shower after a long international flight...no hot water!! Enough...
