The family owned hotel is at the prime location with stunning ocean view, the staff there and the family members are so greeting and helpful. Hasan even helped us to park the cars. "This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. I miss getting wifi when I wake up in the morning, but...

"1. Door not secure 2. Dirty sheets 3. Broken light fittings 4. Missing skirting 5.Continually leaking air con unit 6. Broken blind so no privacy in bathroom 7.Build up of rubbish outside 8. Very limited shade around pool. Ichecked out after 1 night of a 2 night booking and am still waiting for a refund! I would avoid this hotel. The manager tried to be helpfulbut still no refund. Expedia customer service severely inadequate and very disappointing. "

"Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week."
