"We have a short trip of 2 nights there. The room was clean and decorating is amazed us. Overall our experience was excellent. Only one thing we need you to pay attention was sense of emergency and offering assistance to guests from reception staff. We have called to the hotel after checked out and ask if they can check with lost & found for mobile phone left in the room. "Loved the layout of the property. Our villa(with plunge pool) was very close to the main pool and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed. Another pool was located right on the beach near the bar/restaurant area-it was perfect. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Tim, she gave us directions, suggested places to eat and really looked after us. There wasn’t anything to dislike and we shall recommend it to others."

Ocean currents have removed most of the sand on the hotel's small beach. If you want a beach experience, you'll have to travel south to Chaweng or Lamai beach. "Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast and great location for the ferry. However, the room was advertised as 33 metres but was more like 18 metres. They must be including the outdoor patio area which is completely misleading to guests. The room was tiny with no desk or chair, and nowhere to put your suitcase. Also, during my 3-night stay, we had no water 3-4 times and had to wait 1-1.5 hours for it to be fixed. This is disappointing and not good enough for when your time is limited to go...
