"I and 8 other friends met in Knoxville, TN to celebrate the visit of long-not-seen English friend who was visiting. Since one of the group was a gourmet chef, the Cook Loft was a natural choice. The spacious and well equipped kitchen was the center of interest as we sat and watched him prepare the 5 course dinner. "I was in town for a work event the following day that was being held at the Roane State Community College. Staff were upbeat and welcoming during check in. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool which was quite nice. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was good and the service was excellent. There was plenty of parking and the location is in a convenient area with many things nearby. "
