"We stayed at Radisson Hotel for a week in April after my husbands' surgery. The hotel is frequented by patients so they were happy to accommodate ice packs, breakfast in the room etc. which was nice. It is perfectly located- few mins from the airport, loads of dining options, supermarkets, cafes on the doorstep. We received an email few days prior to our arrival with an offer of free early check in. We accepted and the hotel confirmed availability- only for us to be told it is not possible...

"We booked a triple room which provided plenty of space (it wasn't just a double with an extra bed crammed in.) The facility appeared clean albeit somewhat utilitarian. The hotel is right next to a small grocery store, which is very convenient. It is also located on the main pedestrian street in the city so there is an endless number restaurants nearby. The breakfast (not included) was basic but a fair value. The parking is complementary, but be aware that accessing the lot requires a cellphone...

The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the hotel was tastefully decorated with modern art. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the heart of the town but still convenient. The only disappointment was the misleading pictures of a pool- the receptionist told us that it was not heated, small and not worth using."
