"The location is wonderful, at the side of a beautiful river and in a walking distance to the famous historic streets where you can hang out in the beautiful tranditional houses and shops. The property is new, modern and comfortable though it looks old and traditional from outside. The staff is thoughtful, keep sending you detailed information on check in, transportation, stay etc. Overall, a pleasant stay in Kazueya, thank you."

"Our junior suite was amazing. We had locals sweets everyday in our room with explanation about the local ingredients. We had a beautiful view of the river and city and eat good & well balanced breakfast. The staff was very polite & gave us excellent service. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay!"

"A fabulous, quaint, traditional property in a superb location. The free hot bathing room privately available, was very enjoyable too. The proprietor was very attentive and helpful and you can tell he's rightly very proud to be Japanese. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is we found the mattresses uncomfortable. That may be just our bodies, but we struggled. "

"Very high quality hotel directly opposite Kanazawa Station. Beautiful lobby and room. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Porter service was convenient and helped us to bring our luggages to our room. Toyota car rental in located in the same building. Will definitely choose this hotel again during my next visit to Kanazawa. "

"This hotel is wonderful and convenient just right across street of the main train station with easy access. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff was attentive and welcoming. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city. Location was a short walk from train station and buses. 5 minute walk. Definitely will return in the future."

"Beautiful property, great location. The only issue was one of their washer/dryer machine wasn’t drying. Ran the dryer for 2hrs and clothes were still wet. Told front desk and they said that’s how it is… the other machine worked fine. "

"Pros -Was very tidy and clean. -The space in our room was used very well, so we had plenty of room to work with, which is uncommon in Japan at this price range (my experience, at least). - I like the rice paper shutters that our room had - Customer service was exceptional. -The cityscape view from our room and the lobby/lounge was phenomenal - Can reach major attractions/sites within 15-20 mins of walking Cons - The room was quite warm and the air conditioning did not help alleviate this,...
