This property is very beat up and most definitely has not been renovated since the 80s. The walls and doors are scraped and had holes, sheets were torn and discoloured, the lamp shade was stained, the table rocked, it did have a tiny kitchen but with no light, any utensils, pots or dishes. The shower is full of mold and mildew and the shower head was barely tall enough for me to get under it and I am 5’1”. It really felt like a place that should be rented by the hour. The only reason I gave it two stars rather than one was the bed did appear to be clean and was comfortable.

According to the google map the place was off highway one on the other side of the highway than where it is. Between the major road and the constant trains it a very noisy motel. The room was clean but was never cleaned whilst I was there. The staff were helpful,but I wouldn't recommend it to most travellers.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The restaurant, Harolds, beside the hotel was very good - large portions and friendly servers. We were in room 206 and it was disgusting. Black mould around the tub, lights in bathroom looked rather sketchy fire hazard. The ceiling had a lot of water marks. The shower rod was very rusty. Good water pressure and the bed was okay. Fridge works great. Windows were are fogged and never cleared. We would not recommend this property.

Highway noise, noisy neighbor and renos on the property. Was quieter by bedtime though. Very comfortable bed. There was a kitchenette but nothing in it. I guess you would have to ask for supplies if you wanted to cook a meal.
