The place is clean. Breakfast food are great. Staff are friendly. The only thing is the location. The entrance going to the hotel is kinda tricky. You have to get into Denny's parking lot to get to the hotel. You will not see the hotel entrance sign right away.

The reason for the terrible rating is that there was a power outage at the hotel for several days and so we couldn't stay there. The property manager would not give approval for cancelation and so could not get a refund from Expedia.

I got to the hotel right when the power got back on during the storm this last week. The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate people. Phones were going off and the line of people went out the door. She stayed calm and professional. The team working during the storm were amazing.

Only feedback would be the door from the indoor pool to the outdoor seating. It was difficult to get open after you scanned your card, and the bottom screeched against the pavement very loudly. Otherwise, very happy with my stay!
