"This hotel was closed down when we arrived even though i paid in full for three nights. There was a note on the door to try another hotel but it was full. It was midnight by the time my young son and i were able to find another hotel and pay."

"An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open. Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. Created some real problems when I engaged Uber to take me to "A-25 hotel." Took me to wrong one and driver insisted it was what I had ordered. Had to get another...

The location is not close to most attractions The hotel promise breakfast and it was not provided. Your staff and the hotel been super clean was amazing. Thank you!"
