Not happy theres no refund policy. After driving for few hours. Upon arrival the yard @ the back had alot of rubbish leaning on the shed very untidy, very dangerous. Then checking in, first bathroom shower box was very dirty, then settling in the room to relax&get into bed, a crockroch crawls along the wall disgusting. Not the best feeling at all. Waking up in the morning the blinds wouldn't go up very stiff from my bedroom&the main bathroom. Bad experince. Very poor standard. I would not recomend this property to anyone. Unsaficifed customer.

The property was nice and clean and the location was close to the Chartwell shopping center. The communication was excellent as I was a little early arriving and was giving early access to enter the accommodation. Thank you for a awesome stay.

It was perfect for me as a single person. I can see that a single shared bathroom could be an issue with families with young children. Great value and would stay again.

Second time staying because of the First stay and the miscommunication of 'entire property to ourselves' but in reality it is a shared holiday housing we were more prepared, but still think the advertising needs to state at the start that it is a shared house with other guest not the entire house. Other than that it's amazing place to stay.

It was a nice place to stay in very quite and respectful of others, downside is advertising where it say you will have the entire place to yourself to come across others there aswell during your stay other than that bit of misunderstanding everything was great.
