"Our recent cherry blossom trip to Gyeongju, Korea, was made even more delightful by our stay at the Lahan Select Hotel situated right in front of Bomun Lake. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings and the stunning views of the lake. Upon entering our room, we were pleased to find it impeccably clean and thoughtfully furnished. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the great location to the impeccable cleanliness and friendly staff, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Gyeongju and look forward to returning in the future. "

"The hotel was advertised as providing access to Gyeongju, which it does if you don’t mind travelling 30mins each way. For that matter, it has few shops or restaurants near it at all. Even the hotel restaurant was closed the night we arrived. The flat itself was unexceptional, but it had no drinkable water (the staff, who were very polite, told us we needed to buy bottled water from the shop at the hotel). This was unacceptable to us and, given the inconvenient location, we cut our visit short."
