"Our check in person was lacking customer service. Could not find key. The key did not fit when she found and had to go back again. Did not have something to start fireplace with. Person did not go over property and amenities that were attached to place."

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."
