"We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. "This hotel is really good for families (large rooms, comfy beds) also if you want to gather as a group. The hotel offers a “freetime-area” with tv room (incl. Netflix), board games, Outside area with basketball and toys for kids. What we loved most was the love for details (even toys for kids in breakfast room, sugar options such as xylit, decoration etc.). Hotel is in a calm area and offers space to relax (roof terrace, outdoor area, fitness room). We highly recommend staying there!!"

There was a lot of work happening around the hotel (city road works) which made navigating a path to/from the hotel safely a little more challenging than usual. "This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "
