I only have one complaint - parking! We had a handicap room but two nights there was no parking close to our room and had to park in a rather undesirable place. I would suggest numbered assigned parking spaces.

Desk clerk's English was spotty at best. I understood almost nothing she said. The elevator was broken. Parking was horrible. One of the etrances was chained off (presumably to prevent non guests from parking) making it very difficult to exit.

Crossroads in was conveniently located in the heart of Gatlinburg with almost anything you needed within walking distance. the receptionists were very polite and professional. the room was clean and quiet. and finally the property was well kept. I would stay here again.
