"It was totally bad and the owner is really rude . He insulte us and treat us really bad . The room is exetremlly dirty and people smoke weed all the night .I could not sleep and hardly breath there and I had really bad allergy because the cover sheet is dirty and infected .I do not recommend that at all ."

"We stayed the night on our way through France. The large family room was perfect for us with 3 young children. It’s a short walk into town and there is an impressive looking municipal outdoor swimming pool 5 mins walk away (unfortunately closed the day we stayed)."

"Nice and authentic French mansion with individual suites. There’s no reception area or staff to greet you. But that’s ok. Instructions are left for accessing your room and Alissa is available if needed. Easy walk to downtown Colmar. Parking is readily available. "

"This was an excellent place to spend our first night before starting the Camino. The owner of the property made things easy by greeting us on our arrival and getting us set up in our room. Lovely view of the stunning landscape surrounding the villa. All in all a great experience !"

"Interesting building very close to town centre, Tapestry Museum, cathedral and plenty of places to eat out (no evening meal offered). Room and breakfast area clean and presentable. Hosts friendly - Séverine speaks English. Stair carpet getting a bit old and musty (there is no lift). Free public parking 2 or 3 hundred metres away. A few parking places being made on the site."

"We had a great stay, this business is ran by a husband and wife, the property is very charming and has all the amenities that you would expect at a small B& B. Situated a few step’s away from the start of th Camino de Santiago and a few buildings down from the Pilgrims office."

"I'm giving this a 1 but it deserves better. I want people to read this review because others are over rating it. It is very important to know what you are getting. This place is very basic. The bathroom is next to the bed in a small closet. The lock for the door is a small padlock. There was a fecal smell that kept us up at night. The bed was a soft mat type bed not a mattress. Check in is not before 5 but we got there at 4 and found the lady to give us keys. I could hear other people easily in...

"Beautiful hotel in its own grounds with indoor pool. Very stylish hotel with ample spaces for guests. Very comfortable rooms. Ours had a large sunken bath. Heaven to relax. Breakfast was provided, rooms had the added benefit of kettle, coffee machine & microwave. Within 5 minutes of a commercial centre with a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and cinema. We wish we had stayed longer. Excellent hotel for families and friends. "

"I'd cycled to Beauvais as part of the Avenue Verte on the way to Paris, I arrived earlier than expected but pretty tired, I hadn't realised that the B&B didn't open until 5pm (this was at 2pm), luckily Stephan came down and opened up early for me. The room I had was stunning and I will definitely be back for a stay with a special friend. Breakfast gets plenty of mentions in other reviews but I found there was plenty of choice to keep me powering toward Paris. Thank you"
