"It's a unique place, not a traditional hotel. A very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Nice to retreat from noise and get some time to relax. Rooms are cozy and nicely decorated, however they miss some practical details in the bathroom like hangers and a spot to place your own toiletries. Pool and SPA area are nice also the green common areas. "

"We had a brief but enjoyable stay here. Located right in town. Our room was small but comfortable. Good shower. Continental breakfast for 12€. It was raining on our visit, but theres a nice outside seating area. Street parking if available, or park free in the town parking lots from 7pm til 9:30 am. Personable and helpful staff. Good internet."

"This is a beautiful, extremely spacious and historical old house with a gorgeous garden in the back. Benedicte is the perfect hostess....welcoming, efficient and friendly. "Check was 5pm so we left the car and walked into town and had a picnic looking at the cliffs and sea. Nice seeded baguette with cheese and tomatoes. Walking back we stopped to look at the the sea veiws. Being tired we snuggled up watching a French geographical documentary in French France that tested our French. Breakfast in the morning by Stephan was excellent. Home made jams, french bread and croissants, many other french produce. Stephan and his wife Margrette (hopefully i got her name...

"Please note the town shuts down at 8 PM. They close the hotel and do NOT wait for you to check in. Fortunately a much nicer hotel was down by the actual beach and accommodated us. It worked out bc it was a far superior hotel and not much more money compared to the new Windsor. Stay somewhere else but def visit Etretat. "
