"Wow!!! What a find. The owner, his wife and staff were so welcoming and made our trip so enjoyable. The grounds were calming, and the rooms big bright and comfy. It was sparkling clean, well thought out and Sophia drove us to her favourite restaurants for lunch and dinner and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. "The location is not far from the train station so that was great. The hotel itself is ok. I’ve noticed most hotels in Taiwan never seem to clean the windows so it looks dirty. Glass elevator looks dirty because the windows are so dirty. Same with the windows in the breakfast room which is too bad as there is a nice view. The beds were reasonable and the bathroom was a bit tired (toilet seat was very loose). Water pressure and temperature was excellent. The breakfast was just ok with only white bread, no butter and no fruit. Lots of vegetables though. Coffee was just ok with no milk(only soy milk). "
