Room was exactly as we expected. Room very spacious. Staff friendly. Only downside was pool area was super crowded, adults not monitoring children. But overall, was just what we needed.

we stayed on May 28th -May 29 When we arrived they gave us our room cards and we went to the room open the door to a strong paint odor and painting supplies! Called front desk and was given another room. This room had a fireplace that you cant shut off the pilot lite flame which made the room still warm. Also called front desk about the AC not working and they said we can give you another room or open the windows! Another thing we noticed is the room doors are filthy and could not of been cleaned for quite awhile! We went to the pool and the glass door to go to the outside for the small basketball court had alot of algae moss (green) growing on it.

The hotel needs updating/remodeling. The activity of guests appears not to be monitored - there was excessive noise during the night, in the hallways, and also the smell of marijuana in the elevator and hallway.

This hotel was the nicest one we have ever stayed at in the area. The room was above our expectations and the pool was divine! Nothing beats it for the price. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great ( ate myself sick on those waffles lol). My biggest complaint was we wished the tvs were a bit more modern in the room, at least a Roku fire stick so we could watch some YouTube on it. But that is likely just the gen z talking. Very nice and we will come again on our next vacation in the area.
