Great property for families. Pool and hot tub are as shown in the photos- large and clean facility. Conveniently located to west Edmonton mall. Will stay here again!

The room smelled like smoke when we got in. The front desk put me on hold and didn't pick back up. By the time they called we were at the pool which got shut down just after we arrived. The window is below ground on the first floor so the morning the room filled up with exhaust and we got to listen to vehicles idling. Next night we went to the pool and the hot tub was disgustingly dirty. Not a good experience at all. Also, if you want points, book Hilton. Sandman and Wyndham won't give you points for your rewards if you book 3rd party. Hilton uses your phone number and you get points.

It’s a great place to stay, back entrance are stairs and i didn’t know. All and all its great hotel.
