"Overall, the facility is good, it was nice having the pool and the small gym. However, the pool is very small and shallow which makes it hard to use. Like other cities downtowns, around the hotel is dirty and full of drunk (high) people but certainly, not something to blame the hotel itself about as they are trying hard to keep their entrance safe for the gests."

"Pretty good place to stay. Location is good and secure ish parking. Pretty clean as well and staff is great. The main issue I keep having at this hotel is the check-in is painfully slow. Other hotels takes 2 minutes. Here it's always lined up cause it takes so long to check in each guest. "

"Excellent staff, clean rooms. Not much around the property would be my only complaint. But walking distance to Rogers Place, which is why we were there. Definitely would stay again next Oilers trip!!"

"I like the centrality of the hotel's location to popular shopping, hiking trails and dinning options. Temperature control within the room that I stayed was excellent. Access to ice machine on every floor sweetened the deal. My only small gripe was that breakfast was not complementary (it would have cost CAD18/day if I had chosen to go with the breakfast option). Breakfast was still a minor issue considering alternative breakfast options such as: Starbucks, Subway and Tim Hortons that were very close to the hotel. Overall, my 7nights stay was excellent."
