"It’s supposed to be the nicest hotel in Urumqi - and it is in terms of the physical property itself. Nice clean and well maintained decor. Location is not bad. However, a few things that are not fitted for a hotel of it’s status: 1. The concierge is located at the ground floor entrance and not at the upper floor lobby next to the reception. "All in all a 3/5 star experience. Here is why: The Location was nice,but no better or worse than any other in the area. The facility was clean and spacious and the balcony view was very nice! "We went to the venue and found there was no electricity or generator facility, only 2 staff of aged 16-18 years who were looking into the amenities, the room was pathetic and we were the only person who were supposed to stay on that day...so we didn't stay in the pathetic guest house and want the refund of our money."
