"Couple for 1 week and see around Pucon & Villarica! The Hotel was fine in the center of town! I was here 20 years ago when is was the Gran Hotel Pucon. Enjoy is making the hotel grand again, slowly but steady my Room 422 was spectacular with lake view! Yes definitely would come back!! Ahh break fast was adequate and need improvement "

"Definitely not worth all of the hype. Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available) Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying. We were told one of the pools was strictly for adults yet children and families allowed in. I would not visit this place again."

"The hotel was nice and conveniently located. We were pretty disappointed because the hotel advertises a nice pool and jacuzzis, however, it turns out that the “pool” pictured all over their advertisements is actually a hot spring 20 kind away that you have to pay to go to. There is no transportation arrangement. Also the jacuzzi was not included and costs $40 per hour to “rent.” Very misleading photos."

"Nos sentimos muito prejudicados com esta reserva, porque o quarto 1005 não corresponde em nada com as fotos publicadas no site. A tarifa deste quarto é absurda pelo que se recebe. O quarto é extremamente pequeno, mal dá para caminhar em volta da cama, cuidando para não se machucar. Não tem onde colocar as malas, não tem TV, não tem nem uma cadeira para sentar, muito menos aquela mesinha com duas cadeiras que mostra na foto do quarto standar, não têm sequer um copo para tomar água. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website.
