"Unfortunately our experience was not as nice as we had hoped. As two women in their 20s and 30s we felt that we were at times treated as children. We were informed by a male staff member that we were “not allowed” to eat breakfast at the table overlooking the ocean, even though the owner specifically informed us of this option the day prior (likely because he did not want to walk the extra distance.) "I just want to say our welcome to Konokono Beach Resort and Isaraya was one of the Kingly Experience too bad we had to spend just a night evening and morning. The General manager was so professional and very understanding. My wife did not want to leave this place. If you are looking for serenity, quite and privacy. This is definetly the place you wanna be in. Very big shout out to all the staffs these guys are five star experts and they treat all guests with the same energy and kindness. Most importantly Bernad, Jackson and Agness and the other young lady was the best. Konokono you are fortunate and lucky to have such a great personnel. I got so much but let just finalise by saying that i am very pleased."
