"My 2nd visit in Seoul and I stayed in this same hotel. The location is fabulous, easy access and walking distance to all major attractions. Additional charge for the breakfast, but if you like Asian style food it was delicious and was worth the cost. No early check-in before 3pm, we stored the luggage at no cost in the basement lockers. Good laundry facilities as well. I took an airport limousine from the airport to the hotel and it took 2 hours. It cost US$36 for the 3 of us. It was an early flight going home and I didn’t want to risk missing the flight. The hotel helped to arrange a taxi to the airport. It cost 80,000 won, about US $58, for an hour drive. My comment was the bathtub, it was high above the floor and I had a hard time getting in and out, in fear of falling. Walk-in shower would be nice. I had a double king bed. It was huge but with only two soft pillows. A bed that size should have 4 pillows. Overall, good stay and I will choose this hotel again."

"This was my second time staying here after a long haul flight. It is very convenient getting the bus direct from Incheon airport. The staff are friendly. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool with great facilities. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Paradise city which has a convenience store, restaurants (expensive and reasonable) and more."

"The staff was very courteous and helpful. Especially Ellie called the airlines on our behalf and helped us book special meal before trip. Thank you Ellie! The room was spotless clean and kept tidy everyday. I would recommend stay at ENA. The location is a key especially if one plans to travel by bus or subway. Very walkable! The shopping markets are walkable distance. We had a wonderful time at Seoul. Even though we walked so much during the daytime, we had a good night sleep due to good mattress quality. Thanks to ENA!!"

"Looks just like the pictures, the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel also had beautiful amenities such as a lounge and rooftop. Very convenient location and friendly staff, would definitely stay here again !"

"This place a life saver. We had to book this place last minute after a nightmare place we had to walk out on. Place is immaculate and the staff are top-notch!!! Will definitely recommend this place and stay again..rooms are spacious. Very clean and the breakfast buffet was so delicious. Thank you. Only wish they had laundry facilities in the building so I could wash my own "

"Great hotel with great beach view. Nice to smell the ocean. Room is clean, modern and comfortable. The buffet is very good (but you need to reserve). Zero issues with hotel. Philip in concierge went through a lot of effort to help me get tickets for Jeju Island ferry from Mokpo. Turns out that you can just easily buy them a couple right before you board. Seems not full for regular passengers. You can easily take bike but you need to put it in cargo hold yourself so go EARLY. Hotel is in a nice convenient area. It is my second stay and I would stay again."
