"Staff was friendly, room was nice and comfy the lobby smelt so clean, the ONLY down side was you can’t control the AC in the room! It cuts off when you leave and cuts back on when you come back so for the next little bit after arriving it was hot like 76 degrees in the room but after being in the room a little bit it cools off "

"I loved this hotel!!! It was in an amazing spot with so many options to eat, shop, and do activities. The staff was super nice and efficient. The room was clean, updated, and had all the amenities you need. The only thing I could think that would be a bother is if you’re 6’ in height or over, the shower head is a bit low. I’m 5’8 and it touched the top of my head haha. Anyway, great stay! Will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area!"

"Loved this property. The bed and room was overall very clean. The bathroom was clean but I would’ve loved not to see rest on the shower door (it was so hard to open and close it) and would’ve liked a cleaner floor. The floor had what looked like rust spot from something dripping on it. However, house keeping was amazing and accommodated my needs. The staff was amazing and loved the daytime transportation man! "My Room didn’t have hot water, the maid never left towels in the room, I had to asked for them, The pool w wasn’t accessible, it was dirty, Our beds were never made unless we ask, and they didn’t clean the bathroom every day. But the staff deserves all 5 stars, they were excellent and the Manger Brian went out his way for me and my friends, 5 stars for the Manager."

"Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. The only (and very minor) thing was that the shower door screeched loudly when you opened and closed it - and that was a little jarring first thing in the morning. Otherwise, everything was absolutely wonderful!"
