"When we first checked in, the unit we were initially assigned had a broken window. I called the office they responded promptly, and also moved us to another unit. The second unit was amazing and aesthetically pleasing compared to the first. The only negative really was that the pool water was ice cold, ace the outdoor pool closest to the unit we were in was not in service. We otherwise enjoyed our stay."

"The reason they received a one-star rating is because we were unable to use the TV in the front room. The remote did not work, so we could not change channels. The TV would only turn on and stay on one channel. Additionally, there was no remote in the room with the queen bed, so we had to get up and change the channel manually. We reported both issues twice, but they were never fixed."

"The beach was being renovated which was not the action of the hotel and is needed but made the stay noisy. Areas of the hotel need updating -elevators especially. "

"Ok location. Hoped the lazy river had tubes but didn't see any. When we arrived to the room, door wasnt locked. We found a bed sheet in the kitchen and bed not done. They sent the cleaning lady. She used her key to come in without knocking & on her phone. She was rushing and dropped the pillows on the floor. Not the best intro to the location. Wish they had a restaurant or Cafe"
