"Property was well positioned next to the sea but difficult to find as it is on a fenced estate area. Property was old, concrete cast and showed it. Rooms had had the bathrooms refurbed but bed and wardrobe were old and battered. Stairs were worn edged and had lines in the marble making evening descent hazardous. Lift battered and noisy. Staff on reception sullen and bored. Swimming pool was unsafe for families. Very deep throughout the whole pool even for me (i am 6ft). small pool at the side...

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the options of beaches and pools were brilliant, we enjoyed the nature park and gardens and the breakfast and dinner buffets were good with lots of choice (including always at least 1 option for vegetarians). The rooms in Borgo are simple, traditionally styled and comforable. With spacious bedrooms and great bathroom."

"A beautiful and homey B&B. They make you feel like you are part of the family. The bed, pillows and linen was impeccable and super comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. We loved the breakfast with all the homemade goods and special treatment. Would definitely stay here again. "

The hotel will provide you a “taxi” company business card and they charge you double what the the local taxi cabs will but won’t tell you anything about how to get a hold of...

"This was the perfect family holiday. Chia Laguna - Hotel Village is perfect for families with young kids. The staff and kids club were just brilliant. Great food on the half board basis, good size room with nice bathrooms and really comfy beds. Property is well looked after and the pools and beach are fantastic. Would recommend and would definitely return for an easy, fun and relaxing family trip. "
