"The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We got stuck in Arona due to a train strike and managed to get a room at Hotel Bristol and the staff helped us arrange transportation to Milan the next day so we can continue on with our journey. "We loved the location of the Hotel. It was slightly out of the main area, but a lovely walk by the water took us there in a very short time. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. It is always nice to have parking available. We also appreciated how they set up their TV stations, with the English channels grouped together. The Head waiter in the restaurant was amazing. We would certainly recommend it and stay there again."
