"The innkeeper was so helpful and the room was so quiet and near to parking, with very little walking involved for elderly people! We enjoyed having the little reading room for a quiet evening. "The hotel is very close to the Plaza, museums, galleries, shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Their parking is underground and convenient to register and coming/go. We had a junior suite with king bed and it was nice to have the extra room. The furnishings and room were beginning to look worn as would be expected in an older hotel. "

"The hotel was very walkable to downtown Santa Fe. I have a car so this was great. The hotel itself was good, but the pool had some construction around it even tho it was open. They changed out the lounge chair pads while I was there and didn’t leave enough for people to lay on. Interior carpets show wear. My room was very dark - the lighting needs upgraded. But otherwise clean and nice. "
