"Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. "Nothing. Their are ants crawling around. The water in the shower is cold. Door is very hard to open. Only one key for the room. I’ve requested for another key for my husband and they won’t give it to us. They won’t allow us to charge our dinner. They only want cash."

"This turned out to be very disappointing. I was looking forward to this resort out of all the places I was visiting in the Philippines. It turned out to be the worst. First, the room did not have A/C, no hot water and the bed was like a baby mattress! That’s just the beginning. They don’t take credit cards at the resort. The WiFi was terrible. I had to pay over $100 to get a room with A/C. The facilities were run down and out dated. The restaurant was nice but no A/C either. Felt like Castaway!!...
