"The staff was great. The hotel is very nice and up to date. The breakfast was plentiful Unfortunately they've had a lot of rain and we had a small colony of ants in the bathroom. Also the pillows were very hard, which u think is an Italian thing as we experienced that in every hotel we stayed in. This is a great location for staying prior to flying out of MXP as it is literally 5 minutes to T1 and car rental returns. We have stayed here often over the years."

"Manageable walk to train station. Convenient proximity to grocery store. Bathroom shower/tub surface was not safe. Sides sloped to narrow, slippery area. A few anti slip circle stickers had been applied, but they were too small and too few. Glass panel was not secure, no safety bars, yet high side tub walls. "
