"Thi is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had in my many visits to Bengaluru and other cities in India. The front desk staff is EXCELLENT. The property is beautiful and very flexible for meetings and events. I had an event in the Saffron restaurant and the Service Staff and food was exceptional. "Overall a very nice hotel! But at the highest level it lacks certain finer things. One weird thing is its location of its two elevators. Given the expanse / layout of the structure there should have elevators on both ends. It is almost a long rectangular building. So if your room happens to be on the far end it can be a walk particularly for elderly or someone with a disability! That’s one downside of this otherwise beautiful property "

"The Leela has the best customer service I have experienced in India. They are attentive, fast and informative. Govind helped us with our bags in the very early morning after a long day of travel. He was kind, courteous and helpful. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast. My husband just casually mentioned that the hollandaise could be a bit more tart and requested some lemons to squeeze over the top of his Benedict. The chef came out and asked how he could improve the hollandaise and gave us free lattes. The hotel is impeccably clean and one of the best showers I have ever had. I will definitely stay here again. "
