"Great location and friendly staff. However, considering it is an older property, amenities could be improvised. The toilet and bathroom were two separate entrances in the room which is not most properties have and which is not most tourists are used to."

"It was in a good location with a good choice of local restaurants at night. Convenient for travel on the tram or metro. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and pleasant. A wonderful selection of food for breakfast. "

"This was our second stay and the Hotel is beautiful, comfortable, conveniently located to transit and the Thermal Waters were fantastic! Unfortunately during our stay the saunas were being remodeled and were out of service which was disappointing but will hopefully be finished before our next stay!"

"Very friendly staff including cleaning crew. The location is a plus as it’s near bus line yet one block away thus providing quietness. The street access is undergoing reconstruction. The cons: towels are stiff. The decoration is dark color - carpet and hallway walls and its clash. "

"The apartment suite we booked was new and huge with two bathrooms and full kitchen. The Miele appliances were so new and no instructions. Had to look up on internet how to use cooktop and washing machine. They should provide instructions in the room. View was outstanding, over the Danube.Loved the Yellow Bisztró cafe. Was open all day. Great massages and pedicure there. It is a spa hotel."
