"The property was clean and beautiful so well maintained. We went in May and it was only about 1/3 full. We did have neighbors but it is so well sound proofed we never even heard them. They made it so easy with everything on site. We parked our car and just rode the buses. Loved how many lifeguards they had on duty made us feel extra safe with all the water options!!"

"We are a family of 5 and this property has spacious suites with comfortable beds, clean , modern apartment with everything we needed in the kitchen, beautiful screened in balcony with a view, many places to eat and shop in the area too. We loved our stay. "

"All though room service didn’t clear up as they should have and no ice on the property, the water park made up for it and the Entertainment was fantastic"

"The room was nice and cleaned daily. Nice grab and go area by the lobby. The shuttle to the park was awesome and quick. We left our car parked the entire stay and avoided parking fees at Universal!"
