"Located opposite beach and close to many restaurants "

"Probably one of the worse places I have stayed in 10 years. We reported issues within 2 hours of arrival. No one came to see me or tried to address anything and we left after less than 2 days. The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. They take all the money upfront so we had no leverage to claim or...

"Just average, it's rows of interconnected small rooms with little personality and a little worn, e.g. rust in the bathroom. We booked a "superior garden view room" but were placed in room 302 which had view of the beach/parking, I only realised the mistake after checkout, didn't help my overall underwhelmed impression of the hotel. "I love this hotel. I recommended the hotel to family and friends. There was a little issue around checkout. Communication could have been clearer. It took a bit of back and forth to resolve an issue around breakfast. Close to 800 Canadian was spent on a room for two nights. The thought was breakfast was included in the cost.
